We have been having fun indoors mostly this week. Once we got back home Daddy and the boys fell right back into horsing around together. They were both excited to show Daddy their new cap guns and cowboy gear.
Gavin screams and gets so excited to play “ball.”
Playing catch with a squishy ball inside.
Bradley has always been so tough. He actually asks Brad to throw the balls or pillows at him and he thinks it is funny.
Easton has had so much fun playing that I found him rolled over and napping in his seat. This boy smiles 95% of the time!
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday I watched Pia and Chase. Chase is really excited to be walking so here he is showing me his skills.
When Brad gets back from class and the babies are sleeping I have been taking Bradley and Pia to the park. It has been so hot that 1 hour is about all we can handle.
Gavin is still a character all the time. He loves hats.
Since we have been home he also found a new trick. He has always been a jumper and daring but he finally got over “the ledge” fear. He now jumps off the coffee table. He does it as his own little sport now. I think he gives himself points for landing on his feet. I have thought about battling the coffee table situation but this is one I am willing to lose. It is solid wood and it is low to the ground and they have made it their stage so they always shine so how could I take that away.
Easton also has a new trick since we have been home. He is getting on his hands and knees trying to crawl. He rocks back and forth and then gets on his feet and pushes off to scoot. He has made it all the way across the house so we now have three mobile boys on the loose!

(Bradley @ 7 months) ( Easton @ 7 months)
I put Easton in this 9-12 month Gymboree outfit today that has always been one of my favorite little rompers. Daddy keeps the air conditioning cold so we don’t mind wearing our longer things indoors. I had to compare these two since E reminds me of B as a baby very often :)
Yesterday when I realized I could do this to Gavin’s hair and he looked like me when I was almost 2. We decided to go get him his first in salon haircut. The lady tried to show me what a Justin Bieber style looked like. Although he looks so cute I knew Daddy would flip a lid and Gavin doesn't let me comb his hair without screaming so I wasn't going to attempt to style it. In later pictures you will see how his hair actually looks and unfortunately his curls are gone. It is a little wavy like Bradley’s, but the ringlets are gone! I hope they grow back a little before his next haircut.
That has been our week in pictures. On another note for those of you who know Bradley is a very picky eater we have been cracking down and he is doing so good. He no longer throws his food up when it is a new thing to try. He has eaten chicken, turkey, hotdogs, spaghetti with meat sauce, broccoli, pizza, mac & cheese and we are still moving along. He had pretty much not eaten meat or vegetables since out of the can when he was a baby and he didn’t like any kid friendly food that you normally see at parties.
He also still knows how to manipulate and make mommy forget about him being bad. I was writing my grocery list and he was being whiny for something that I told him he couldn’t have. He said “Well, I have been good!” and I said “Actually you haven’t been good this afternoon.” He paused and then said “Mom, can you help me draw a heart? A heart of God’s love!” I smiled and he laughed. He knows exactly what to say that one!
Who knows what next week will bring!
