Bradley & Sophia K-I-S-S-I-N-G!

Sweet Tisses!
Those dimples are from me!

I will always love you!

A picture I cant show Brad...hes been bugging me about a dog for Bradley so much.

Strolling Together side by side!

Ok- well I have no pictures with me and the girls from my MOPS group but Liz was so gracious to watch Bradley for me since Brad is in VB. I stole all these pictures from Liz'z blog. When I told Bradley he was going to see Sophia he said "pia, yeah!" then he said "and wiz?" meaning is he going to see Liz too. That is just the cutest that he calls Aunt Liz "wiz." I dont think she will ever live that down. Its so nice to have a friend to be able to switch with and watch your child and pay them in popcorn! haha! Thats all she wanted was movie popcorn since she tries to convince Mike to get it for her often. To just go and by popcorn when they arent going to the movies and bring it home. So, I was the hero for once! So, today I am just waiting for my tax return to come in the mail so we can then leave to drive to VB. It was supposed to be overnighted and arrived yesterday so I am so annoyed with the Post office and now may have to wait until 3pm to start our drive. Of course this probably wouldnt be so bad if we would have gotten our taxes done earlier. We just really want to get them in the mail before April 1st! I dont know why thats the magic day this year but it is! Well, enjoy the pictures and I am sure I will have much more to post once we get to Virginia Beach with Daddy!

Just go Fly a Kite.....

Today it was such beautiful weather here in Virginia Beach. It was in the 70's and people were in there bathing suits on the beach. I personally thought it was too chilly. I can only lay out when I am going to get hot from the sun and need to jump in the water to cool off. So, we were the family (among others) in our clothes and there was just enough wind to fly a kite. We went out this morning and bought Bradley this cool airplane kite...which is just awesome that he is able to identify it as that and say "I want to fly kite!" As the pictures show...he thought it was the funnest thing in the WORLD!! He never stopped giggling...in fact he never even stopped to look back. It was just so cute the kite being at his level and plopping in and out of the sand. Definately somthing we will be doing more now with him! Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Tomorrow is miniture golf with him...yikes! That one could be more dangerous. I will post pictures and let you know how it goes.

Whack-A-Mole

Daddy finally let Bradley play

After Pizza, 40 tokens, 115 tickets and Brad getting him a rocket launcher and a plastic spider....Bradley fell asleep! Oh, and by the way....I know the rocket launcher is for Brad...hes such a skeezer and picked it out for himself. What a kid!

Baby Carter meets "The Date Night"

Our good friends Brian and Becky Hart are here in VB also. Brian is Brads teamate and Becky and I have become great friends. Becky and I instituted the baby exchange date night and this weekend was the first of many before the guys deploy in June. Friday night Brad and I watched precious Carter who is 3 months old. He is so cute! We felt very priviliged that this was Brian and Becky's first real date post Carter! He did great and mom and dad went to The Melting Pot! Bradley had so much fun being my helper to take care of him. Poor Carter had the passy shoved in his mouth and had Bradley rubbing his head all night. He rocked him and they even watched Nemo movie together in their lounger chairs, hilarious! Then on Saturday night we switched. Brian and Becky watched Bradley for us to go to The Melting Pot. Brad and I had a wonderful flirtatious romantic date! Meanwhile, Bradley was busy bossing Brian around we found out. He saw Brian go in the kitchen and he pointed his finger and in a bossy tone so "Hey, you, I want Biscuit!" So now its a big joke b/c Brad had mentioned this crazy thing that Bradley says prior to him saying it to Brian. So, all in all the date night exchange is a success! Were lucky to have friends willing to watch our rambunxious bossy little boy. Thanks B & B!

Finally! A real Haircut this Year!

I have been cutting Bradleys hair myself this past year (not knowing what in the world I was doing) because when he was 1 he had his first hair cut and didnt like it at all. Some of you may remember those photos! Here in VB I found this place called "Pigtails and Crewcuts" just for kids! This is something that would be a success in Moore County, I wish they had one. Well, Bradley did 100% better than last year. He flew his helicoptor while eating a lollipop and watched the Cars movie. He did not like the cape to cover his clothes though! He swatted his arm at the lady when she tried and said "No, I dont want it!" So, I chose to pick my battles and he didnt need it! He still has his curls for the most part and looks just as handsome as ever! Our two year old is growing up!

Daddy's Hats

Heres just a few pictures of Bradley hanging out at the apartment in VB. He has and still does love wearing his dads hats. My guys both look so handsome in hats! Also me and my little cookie monster were just being silly taking pictures!
