Teefers, Pull-Ups and Bradley Talk

Easton finally has some teeth or teefers in baby talk! He will be 9 months old in a few days so this is later than we expected but I miss my gummy smile already.  I guess I got used to seeing him like that for longer so now he looks so funny! He has one on the bottom front and one on the top left that is halfway out and the other two to complete those matches on the top and bottom are not far behind.  Hopefully, because he is going to look funny with two snaggle teeth.

I think he was trying to get the broom I keep back in there. We have also caught him pulling up on the trash can, the dishwasher, the coffee tables and doors.  This has all happened within the past three days or so.  He also at the same time started crawling the right way.  On his hands and knees instead of the caterpillar shuffle he was doing! He still reverts back to it because the carpet hurts his knees.  I will always have to keep him in pants from now on.  Good thing fall is approaching and I am not wishing he will walk soon.  He is getting too big too quick.  Our last baby…I want to preserve this time forever.

He gave a big smile at the end so we could see his top tooth but the bottom one is hard to get a picture of. 

On another note here are some Bradley quotes because I just HAVE to write them down.  It has already been too long so I don’t want them to escape my mind.

“Someday, I will be stronger and I will be a HERO!”  (on the car ride to school for no particular reason)

“Easton, you are just so cute.  I could just eat you up like a cupcake!” (As he is smothering him with kisses.  We actually have trouble with Bradley being too attached to Easton.)

“Daddy, Guess What?  Tomorrow is your birthday but I am not telling you the rest so just think about it and figure it out!” (Happy Early Birthday Tomorrow Honey!! )

“God and Jesus are the strongest and they can do anything!”

“1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13! I am 13 years old because that is what I just counted too.”

“Mom, this music is helping me to change my attitude already and I am sorry so I won’t ever talk to you like that again.” (this was in the car home from my bible study recently when he shouted at me and sounded like a 15 year old, seriously…I flash forwarded to him being 15 because the car was dark at night and all I heard was a mean deep voice)

He is also still into his “toilet talk” and we have to stop it all the time. The goofy talk that is OK that he says are things like “oh, chicken” still and his newest one is saying things like “you are a butt naked.”

That is about all I can think of for now.  Kids really do say the darndest things.  They should still have that show but I guess you can find it all on YouTube instead.  Just saying!

Kids are the best! I love the things they say. We started a book a few years back and I've been writing everything down. Maybe one day all us Moms can get together and write a real book from all these quotes = )

Easton is so adorable!!! I know what you mean about cherishing this time with the "last babies"... I feel the same way when Jax does something new!
