The past few weeks Bradley has been finishing up his baseball season. He has improved in just this season and a major improvement from when he played last year at five years old. He loves to play the sport so that makes us happy. He is the best on his team for being in the “baseball ready” position. He just squats away with his glove between his legs waiting for the ball to be hit to him. When it is his turn to hit he now has his stance down, he knows what bat is the best for him and he hits it almost always on the first pitch. Then, he runs his little heart out to first base. He will hate me later for saying this, but I love seeing him run with his little baseball bubble butt. We all have really enjoyed the season and going to his games as a family. Aside from the love of the game we have seen a big confidence boost in him which is what we had been praying for with him. So, YAY!! Gavin is his number one fan too. He shouts things to him like, “keep your eye on the ball Bradley,” and “good hit buddy,” before and after a play. All things I did not tell him to say. He jus picked it up and he loves his big brother!
Here he is being hot after a long 5:45 game in the hot sun in a black uniform.
This is what the boys do…..
Then there is us. Mommy & Daddy. Proud baller parents ;)
Other than baseball this is what we have been up to the first few weeks of June….
Building stuff….
Being all cute and stuff….
Getting help from our big brother…..
Cutting up stuff…..
Checking out cool creatures….
We had dinner dates with our friends before they ditched this town for the much cooler Florida :)
The boys have been rough housing and getting the “monster” that is Easton….
Lastly, it’s not fun until someone is flinging diapers off and literally shaking and saying “I shake my booty, I shake my booty!” Easton was just done doing that and hear he is getting back up to the table to finish his dinner (I missed the action picture.) This happens a lot in our house, more than I would like to admit. We just get up from the table and shake our booties! He also has been earning himself some m&m’s for going pee on the big potty. We have a lot of reasons to jump and shake our booties. When you do it, you feel so carefree. So, get up and “JUMP, shake your booty, JUMP, JUMP, shake your booty!!” You know you want to ;)
