This is how my day started but it had its up and downs after that. Bradley holds Gavin EVERYDAY. He’s sweet to him when he's not being a typical older brother and yanking his arms or throwing his pacifier out of his reach. Unfortunately all the pictures reflect Gavin's rash. I cant get rid of it because its caused from all his drool being trapped in his paci. He is teething so bad and the paci is our lifesaver so I am stuck and am trying to think of a different way than throwing out ALL pacifiers.
See the Drool. Part one of all his mess.
Then he makes this kind of mess when he eats. This was tonight, bananas then mixed veggies. Then after this is cleaned up he likes to SPIT-UP colored stuff all over the floor. I run around with my spray carpet cleaner and a rag 24/7.
Before Gavin's dinner mess back at home we went for our evening walk with Liz, Sophia and Chase and it has been three weeks now and Bradley is soooo OVER them. He says “I don't want to go for a walk!” So, his and Pia’s reward is to run around the yard like crazy when we are done the walk. Tonight's crazy yard run ended like this….
A hurt finger….
and a big honking blue welt above his right eye. He tripped on some outdoor stairs and caught the corner. OUCH! As you can see the bath made it better though. He was making Gavin smile, see…..
Gavin is still trying to crawl a lot everyday and he is sitting up really great all the time except sometimes if that makes any sense. He randomly just ker-plunks over and hits his head. This was one of his good sits!
Then after a day like that, I say this to myself! Really I do feel like that most days (Brad can confirm, I love my chocolate) but I actually made these for a belated Teacher Appreciation Week present for Bradley’s teachers. Bradley signed the corner after I took this picture with “Love, Bradley” and underneath when they unwrap the wrapper it says “My teacher is AW-esome!” It is just a Hershey Symphony candy Bar with almond and toffee bits and I left the foil out and just wrapped it in pretty wrapping paper, tied a ribbon on it and printed the label. $1.99 cute gift.
Lastly, so I have this written in history. Some of Bradley’s cute quotes of the day were….
“Mommy, you look like a mermaid and a princess, now say Thank-You to me!”
“Boys draw dinosaurs and bugs and girls draw hearts and flowers!”
“Mommy, why does my pee-pee get bigger?” This was in the tub. Oh NO, HELP, Daddy! I acted like Gavin needed me and ran.

OMG that last quote had me laughing out loud. I am holding Chase and it woke him up! I hope Bradley feels better, Pia has been worried about him all night.
I agree, haha I am dying laughing because of that question! So funny.
The last one got me...soooo funny...definitely a question to pass on to Daddy!
Your boys are so cute!! Sounds like it was a crazy day! Have you tried putting diaper rash cream or vaseline on Gavin's chin to protect it from some of the moisture? It might just make a big mess...
Thank goodness I wasn't drinking anything because it would've just come out my nose!! Things I don't have to worry about hearing in my house...too stinkin funny!
As for the paci rash...we encountered that with Ayla...eventually it became "impantigo" I'm not sure if I spelled that correclty and we were able to get prescription cream to keep on it...worked great.
