Easton is 6 months old

On the 16th of June Easton turned 6 months old.

002  003

Some new things since last month is he has stopped sucking his thumb or the pacifier.  He just needs mommy to soothe him or we have even transitioned into our own crib so we have “cried it out” to go to sleep too.  Having his own crib means Bradley and Gavin are sharing a room now.  So nice of them! We cleared out and organized toys better so the porta crib or “quarter crib” as Bradley calls it is a permanent bed for Gavin for a while.

004 Getting back to Easton, he baby talks “daddy” and “da- da” and “hi” but the rest are just noises that down resemble words.

006

He is scooting and exploring more with toys.  Mainly he wants more toys and not just one favorite.  He likes the jumperoo now too.

009

He smiles big always and loves to giggle still.  He lets Bradley carry him and put him from his play mat to his bumbo.  He likes watching cartoons with Bradley on the bed sometimes and lets Gavin hand him toys and give him kisses.

011  He did not like the prickly grass on his a** so his face wasn't happy but these rolls are still cute if you like the baby cellulite look!

The biggest difference from last month to now is……

148

He will fall over still so it is a supervised sit up.  He can hold it for 5 minutes or so but I am thinking with more practice I will be able to sit him in this position with toys and leave the room pretty soon and not worry about him falling.  He is just growing, getting stronger and smarter every day!

I had to reschedule his 6 month check up for the first week in July but he did go while he was sick a few weeks ago and he was almost 18 pounds.
