Flooding, party, butts, cake, naps and everyday stuff !

Here are pictures of this past week…..

002

Kissing Easton with his mouth wide open! The thought that counts, not all the slobber.

This is what happens when Daddy watches me!

Napping with Daddy.

Easton now wants to be part of the action so he seems to travel around the house in this bumbo.  Here he is watching mommy give his big brothers a bath.

008

This week he went to the doctors and was sick for the first time.  His first time needing medicine.  He had conjunctivitis and a double ear infection.  That was the answer to my question of “why is he sleeping so bad this week?” He got eye drops and an antibiotic and now is doing a lot better but has a little cough still.

014

Found them conversing on the back porch.

020

He loves a good soft blanket or anything and likes to pretend he is “night-night,” if even just for a moment.

022

Another day, I found they Bradley had pushed all the furniture to the middle and that was his “restaurant.”

026

The help at this restaurant had other things in mind besides serving me lunch.

032

Random mid-day cake when Daddy got home from school.

037

Gavin’s newest thing is pulling his diapers down in the back in his attempt to completely take it off I am sure.

038

048

He does it everyday now if he doesn’t have shorts on.

041

I think it was Thursday but we had like flash flooding at our house.  Brad had to go out and create a path with the rocks or it would have flooded our downstairs and garage.

042

He was doing all this in the thunder and lightening.

On Saturday we went to a team party of Brads old silver team.  When he separated from the military in February his team was actually deployed so they are home now and they welcomed in new people and said good- bye to these three.

Kiwi (retired), Brad aka Woody (10 years of service) and Donk (team captain that is moving up into Ops)

063

They all got a going away plaque but for Brad instead of a plaque they gave him a piece to a dirt bike helmet and the rest will be in soon.  A custom painted helmet for his dirt bikes.  it will probably have the team emblem, his op initials and blood or guns I am sure must be on there somewhere.  We can’t wait to see it! We thought it was very thoughtful and personalized just for him.

Silver Team.  Including random babies being held ;)

Bradley and Carter at the party.  It was on the water and the boys made it until 9 pm.  What troopers.  Bradley ended up jumping in the river too even though I forgot his bathing suit.   They all slept to so great that night!

We have been trying Oatmeal and baby food but these are the faces I am getting.  So far the verdict is “What are you doing Mom?”

Today started a busy week of Pandamania Vacation Bible School.  Bradley is in the 4 year old group, Easton and Gavin are in the childcare and I am one of the crew leaders to 23 kindergarteners.  It will be crazy but oh so fun and we will have some great pictures to share later this week.

You guys definitely keep busy :) I love that picture of Bradley and Gaving sitting at the table looking like they're plotting on something good. And Gavin still cracks me up with his climbing! Easton is getting so big, I hope he takes to that oatmeal soon!
