At brunch I saw my cousins I haven’t seen in years. Jason, Kari and Luke.
Aunt Sharon, Jason and Emily. Jason’s Fiancé.
Kari, Devon, Uncle Richard, Aunt Caryn and Luke.
I was very thankful that my mom planned this and got us all together.
My BFF Shannon. Easton was running a fever here. It went away that night.
She was cracking up at how wild & funny Gavin was.
Gavin stealing Ava’s drink.
Then we went to our friends Jose & Nikki’s where Daddy and the boys could finally run wild without having to be in nice clothes or be afraid of breaking things.
Gavin and their daughter Sonya played great together. She is a riot. Her and Gavin are like two mischievous peas in a pod. She got into my makeup bag and put my mascara and foundation all over her body when she was supposed to be sleeping!
I went shooting. Look at the smiley face I made in my target :) Brad bought me a gun for protection but I couldn’t even tell you what it is. It’s not the one pictured though.
He literally had to hold me up against my back because the backfire on this thing practically knocked me over.
He has every right to be laughing at me!
Then the Daddy’s helped their boys shoot with a kids rifle.
Bradley was a little intimidated because up to this point he had only seen Daddy’s guns and played with his Nerf guns. He had never heard real gunshots or shot a real gun. Brad held him the whole time and he liked it!
The next day we were on our way home. it was a great trip filled with tons of family, friends and fun as you can see from the last three posts.
LOVE THEM. Live in the present. Remember grace abounds. Feed them real food. Let them see you struggle. PRAY LOTS. don't be afraid to let them fail. Ask for forgiveness. BE STILL. LOVE THEM.
