This weekend Daddy got home on Friday night and Saturday we went to one of his buddies sons 2nd Birthday party. Choo-Choo, Wyatt is 2! It was so cute of a theme for that age.
The boys napping on they way there. I love how they tilt their heads together.
The Birthday Boy himself. He wasn’t this serious the whole time. He had a great party!
The cake was really cute and yummy!
Gavin had a great time too. He made two friends. This little cutie, Reese and…..
Lula, the dog!!
We stayed until the sun went down and that is when the boys got strolled around in this and even stopped at a horse farm to pet the horses right near the house. Thanks Zach, Megan and Wyatt for a wonderful afternoon hanging out and celebrating!
Today we drove our little family 1.5 hours far away to a “Nuseum” Bradley calls it. The Life and Science Museum to be exact. It was really COOL. Neat sites and educational.
First stop, the Choo-Choo train where Daddy and Bradley were looking at the map to plan our day.
Then we checked out the Dino’s and Bradley made it very clear he did not want them to move. So, good thing they didn't. I explained to him that they were “extinct” and he said “what’s that mean? exSTINK, did you say? Is that toilet talk mommy!?”
Never got through to him on the actual meaning of extinct but were going to clean his ears out tonight, haha!
Then we checked out animals that do move….
and we made smoke rings and air……
Daddy’s turn. You just punch the red cushion and you get hit with a gust of air.
Bradley’s turn. Ok, Daddy, I'm ready……
Then we went to the insectarium and butterfly house.
Gives me the chills. i wouldn’t want to be in there.
These poisonous tree frogs were really neat and pretty. Of course, attracting their prey.
We saw them eat. A boy came out and dumped a million (it seemed) little white baby crickets in their habitat and they gobbled them all up really fast. That’s what the little white flakes are on the ground.
Ant tunnels. What your yard looks like underneath!
ahhhh, its so much more prettier and Mommy’s style in here!
We left the beautiful place to check out a smelly farm animal place where we met, Bessie, the cow….
and here’s Bessie scratching an itch!
This was pretty cool. It started out a big Earth and the more you turn the more you can pinpoint and zoom in. Brad was loving this big GPS. There’s our house!
Bradley made it to the top of the Mountains and before we left, Brad found his Beat! Good thing, I was wondering where it was?
There was so much more fun and learning that I couldn’t capture it all. Most of all Bradley loved it and we had a great family day!
